Day 01 : Jhansi – Khajuraho Via maharaja chhatrasal museum & Bajirao Mastani Mahal
On arrival pick up from Jhansi and drive to Khajuraho. On arrival, check in at your already booked hotel and get ready to leave for the local sightseeing tour of Khajuraho. In our day tour, we will be visiting the legendary temples including Chitragupta Temple, Devi Jagdamba Temple and Adinath Temple that are supposed to be constructed in the 9th and 10th century A.D by Chandela rulers. These temples are famous for their unique and ancient engravings. After witnessing some of the major wonders of Chandela rulers, we will head back to our hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 02 : Khajuraho – Adventurous Junlge Safari in Panna National Park - Pandav fall & Caves - Raneh Falls
Early morning ready to go for a wildlife safari by jeep inside the park. & Check from the Hotel & Drop your Luggage in Hotel. And take your Packed Breakfast from Hotel Our expert guide will assist you and inform about every movement of the wild animals. After 3 hours safari come out of the park. Here you can do jungle safaris in 3 safari zones in Panna Tiger Reserve. Panna National Park is a national park located in Panna and Chhatarpur districts of Madhya Pradesh in India. It has an area of 542.67 km2 (209.53 sq mi). It was declared in 1993 as the twenty second Tiger reserve of India and the fifth in Madhya Pradesh, Panna was given the Award of Excellence in 2007 as the best maintained national park of India by the Ministry of Tourism of India. It was designated as Biosphere Reserve on 25 August 2011.Sal, crocodile bark, Arjun, jamun, etc are trees present here. Also Panna National Park is home to five species of wild cat, including the King of the Jungle, the Bengal tiger. Panna was once a royal hunting ground, becoming a reserve in 1981, then finally a protected Tiger Reserve in 1994, 22nd in the country and 5th in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Featuring thick teak forests and a diverse landscape of gorges and plateaus down the Ken River, the cleanest waterway in India and life-blood of the park, Panna is known for having some of the best wildlife species in India. With an area of 543 square kilometres, Panna extends along the River Ken, and features a magnificent topography in the Vindhya Hills, with dry deciduous forests and grasslands. The pristine peacefulness and natural environment means it is an ideal place to appreciate the sheer beauty of India. After safari take some Rest outside in forest and enjoy your lunch on local restaurant taste Regional cuisine. After that ready for Raneh Falls - Raneh Falls is among the unexplored areas in this region. Just 22 km from Khajuraho and 44 km from Panna, these spectacular falls is formed when the Ken river plunges down a 30-m-deep canyon, formed with pure crystalline granite in different colours like pink, green, red and grey. As the water gushes down the rock face, the sunlight reflects on these coloured stones, creating a surreal scene. Hidden amid a serene, green forest, Raneh Falls looks the prettiest during monsoon. Since very few people are aware of this paradise, one can find many quiet and peaceful spots here. There are many small and big falls, some of which have a furious flow of water during rains. The falls is situated just where the Panna National Park starts. Ken river is quite prominent here and is an important point for crocodile conservation as an alligator park has been set up along its banks. One should not forget to tote their camera while visiting this place as the scenic view promises enthralling pictures to photographers. After Covered All Sightseeing go back to Khajuraho Hotel Overnight Stay at Hotel. The Heart shape Lake According to the local myths, Arjuna had cut a rock by his arrows to create the Pandav Falls. Arjuna trees, named after the warrior prince Arjuna, of the Pandavas, are believed to have medicinal values by the locals. The cool and rejuvenating water and air surrounding the Pandav falls leaves an indelible impression on its visitor. Panna forests provide greenery around the Pandav falls. Lush and green neighboring jungles purify the environment. Local guides are available for the tourists to familiarize them with the area they are visiting. Day 03 : Khajuraho Local Sightseeing
After breakfast go for Sightseeing of Temples Tour visit for western group of temple and eastern group of temple. After All Sightseeing in the Evening Back to Hotel and Overnight Stay at Hotel. Western Group of Temple: On the main road, beside the path leading to the Matangeshwar Temple is the A.S.I counter where you must purchase a ticket to visit the western group of temples in this complex and the museum on the opposite side. A boundary wall surrounds and protects the temples within this large rectangular complex and there is only one entry point. Here at the Western Group you will see some of the most sensational temples in the world. Eastern Group of Temple: A kilometer towards the east from the western group of Temples is the khajur sagar and the old village of Khajuraho. On one of the paths to the village is a modern whitewashed structure with a large orange - red statue within. The statue is still worshipped but is one of the oldest images to be found in khajuraho. The images is of hanuman, the monkey king who assisted Ram (of the Ramayana) through his travails in exile.
